I Found My Cure to Getting Fit/Skinnier…THANK YOU BABY JESUS

SERIOUSLY though. I thought it was impossible for me to lose weight and for a small period of my life (the teenage years 13-19), it may have been due to my hypothyroidism. But I recently found out it has leveled out and I am normal in the thyroid department now (yay!). I largely blame hypothyroidism for me not being able to lose weight, but I also realized lots of factors in my life probably caused me to have hypothyroidism in the first place: extreme physical/emotional stress, hormones going wild, my eating/exercise/sleeping habits etc.

Anyway, my secret to  getting fit/skinnier is I’ve ACTUALLY started to eat healthy these days and the inches in my pant size is dropping significantly. I’m no longer in denial by telling myself, “I’m eating healthy and working out. Why am I not losing weight?!” or “I’ll eat bad today and start my diet tomorrow.” I’ve strengthened my will power to finally eat healthy and I feel AMAZING. Possibly the best I’ve ever felt in my life and it is continually getting better each day. These days I feel like writing a book or being some type of motivational speaker. I’ve had body issues since I was 10 and I (feel like I) have been through a lot so if anyone ever has questions, please let me know. I’d love to help. :) <3

Anyone that struggles with their weight, just know it may be very difficult, but patience and persistence is key. For me, at least.

I’ll probably post up some before/after pictures later. :) Just so everyone knows I’m not complaining about a few measly pounds. My heaviest weight at 14 years old was 153lbs and I’m 5’2”. That was very upsetting. Lol.
